Rainbow Ball Award 2024

Thanks to the kind support of Out@L'Oréal, an internal LGBTQIA+ network of L'Oréal Groupe employees, a generous prize money will be made available to further support the work of the award-winning association or project. Everyone has the opportunity to propose an association or project to be awarded the Rainbow Ball Award 2024.

The submission of proposals are possible from now until the end of the year.

The Rainbow Ball organising team will then select a winning project and decorate it with an award on the evening of the ball. We are looking forward to your ideas, projects and submissions!
