The audition will take place on 3 November 2024 at the Schwebach Dancing School. The opening committee is directed by dance master bernard bach. Most rehearsals will take place at the Dancing School Schwebach (Maculangasse 1b, 1220 Wien). All dancers are kindly asked to be at the check-in at least 15 minutes before each rehearsal so that we can start on time.
The positioning rehearsal and the final rehearsal will take place directly at the Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn.
On Saturday, 25 January 2025, at Parkhotel Schönbrunn, 1130 Vienna, Hietzinger Hauptstraße 10-14.
You have to attend all rehearsals beforehand and the opening on the evening itself. Afterwards you are welcome to enjoy the ball night!
At the ball, evening dress is compulsory for all.
At the opening ceremony we wear uniform dress.
Due to organisational reasons, please be at the Parkhotel Schönbrunn from 4.30 pm, as the dress rehearsal will take place in the ballroom from 5 to 6.30 pm.
The opening committee mainly consists of same-sex couples, but opposite-sex couples and individuals are of course also welcome.

The opening committee of the Vienna Rainbow Ball has been under the direction of dance master Bernard Bach since the 21st Rainbow Ball.
We need the photo and date of birth for the personalised ID cards with which you can freely enter the ball premises. With a photo and date of birth, this ID card is not transferable.
